Qualification : B.Com., FCA

Mahavir Jain has the distinction of passing CA examination at first attempt. He joined the firm in 1995 and has been in continuous practice since then. He has 27 years of experience and specializes in audit of banks and internal audit of corporates apart from advisory services in Goods and Services Tax.

Ashish Khandelwal
Qualification : B.Com,, FCA, DISA

Ashish Khandelwal is a practicing Chartered Accountant since 1995 when he joined the firm. He has more than 27 years of experience. He holds the additional qualification of Information Systems Auditor. He is also certified Concurrent Auditor of Banks. His areas of expertise include direct taxation, personal taxation, banks audits and information system audits and providing consultancy services in fund raising.

Kirti Sinha
Qualification : B.Com,, ACMA, FCA, DISA, IFRS Certified

Kirti Sinha qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May, 1993 in first attempt. She joined the firm in the year 2002 and has 29 years of post qualification experience. In addition to this she holds qualifications as a Cost Accountant, Information Systems Auditor and has completed certificate course on IFRS conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Her areas of specialization include Governance, Risk Management and Compliance [GRC], Internal Audits, Due Diligence Reviews and Systems audits. She is also a Registered Valuer - FSA as recognised by IBBI.

Suresh Ananthuni
Qualification : B.com., FCA. ACMA, CIMA(London-Management Level)

Suresh carries a varied industry experience spanning across several sectors and joined the firm in the early 2016. He is an alumni of the firm,. Suresh has 15 years of post qualification experience and specialises in corporate internal audit and indirect taxation.

Kapil Khandelwal
Qualification: B.com., ACA

Kapil Khandelwal is the youngest team members among partners having qualified as Chartered Accountant in February,2022. He endeavors to specialize in Indirect Tax litigation practice and assurance services

Niraj Gajjar
Qualification : B.Com., FCA

Niraj is a young qualified Chartered Accountant with 8 years of post qualification experience. He joined the firm in the year 2014 and is incharge of it's Jharsuguda Branch. His specialization includes internal audits and advisory services under Direct ,Indirect taxes and accounting services.

Sharad Sinha
Qualification : B.Com. Grad CMA, FCA

Sharad Sinha is an all India Merit Rank Holder in the CA Final Exam held in May 1993 and is in continuous practice as Chartered Accountant for past 29 years. In addition to this he has the additional qualification of being a Cost Accountant. His areas of expertise include direct and indirect taxation, secretarial practice, corporate and personal taxation, auditing and providing consultancy services. In addition to this he specializes in conducting due diligence reviews and forensic audits. He is also enlisted on the approved list of Independent Directors maintained by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He has successfully completed "Certificate of Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection" and "Certificate Course on IND AS" conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Other Team Members
Partners work in close association with an able team of qualified Chartered Accountants, Lawyers and ex bankers including CA (Final) Students, trained and experience MBA graduates as also Post Graduates in Commerce apart from young batteries of Articled Students under CA Regulations. Partners are presently assisted by a team of 27 such able members.
